I have NEVER enjoyed running, but Barrett and I wanted to get back into shape. I started researching on the Internet for programs or exercises that I wanted to do and kept coming back to 5k training. I came across the "Couch to 5k" running program. You can check it out here. We completed the entire program, and it was pretty awesome to see our endurance build up over time.
Since that time I have totally become addicted to running, and I hope to continue to push myself! Who knows, I may even start training for a 10k next!
